  1. The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

  2. We reserve the right to choose flower and greenery varietals, containers and ribbon best suited for your order.

  3. It is extremely important to note that our floral arrangement sizes, quantity of flowers and color variations will vary from the images on our site depending on the specifics of your order, and based on what is in season and what is available at the time.

  4. We do not generally take orders less than seven days in advance but may take rush requests with a $75 fee upon availability.

  5. Bernalillo County sales tax is 7.87% and may be subject to change at any time.

  6. We require a minimum of $350 (excluding tax and delivery) on orders. Additions can be made to your order without incurring a fee up to two weeks prior to your event. Any additions made to your order less than two weeks (13 days) prior to your event will incur a rush fee of $75. Requested additions should be submitted in writing to orders@florecitaflowers.com with your name and event date in the subject line.

  7. If your event is more than 2 weeks away, we require a non refundable retainer of 10% in order to reserve the event date with us. Full payment is required for events less than two weeks away.

  8. Your final balance is due exactly two weeks (14 days) prior to your pickup date. If final payment is not received promptly, the client will be subject to a late penalty of $25 per day.

  9. In the case that your event is cancelled on or before the 15th day prior to your event, you will not be billed for the remaining payment. Cancellations should be made in writing to orders@florecitaflowers.com with your name and event date and the word CANCELLED in the subject line.

  10. We offer delivery, strike and setup of products at limited locations. Pick-up details will be arranged with the client two weeks prior to pick-up date.

  11. We can not accept liability if your goods are lost or damaged after pick-up and "sign off."

  12. In the extreme and unlikely circumstance that we need to cancel your booking, or are unable to fulfill your order due to acts of god, injury, accident or any other circumstance, we will find another suitable supplier or we will provide a full refund depending on which you choose.

  13. You agree and acknowledge that “Florecita Flowers” and its parent company “Floriography Flowers” is not responsible or accountable for any personal injury or negligence resulting from use of goods supplied to you, or on behalf of you.
